伐採

収量が著しく低い樹、品質の悪いブドウばかり採れる樹は冬の間に伐採します。
下の写真はシャインマスカット12年生です。生理障害が激しい4本を伐採しました。
下の写真はピオーネ6年生です。ウイルス病にかかり樹勢が著しく落ちた1本を伐採しました。
この辺りのブドウの樹は20〜25年ほど栽培されることが多いですが、場合によっては若木でも伐採することがあります。このような時は非常に残念です。

We have cut down four trees that had physiological disorders.The second picture is the six-year-old tree of Pione grapes. One of the trees had a viral disease, which led to a low tree vitality, so we logged it.Around this area, grape trees are often planted for 20 to 25 years. But in some cases, we cut them even if the trees are young. When this happens, we feel sad.
